Basic 2-Radio 802.11ac Wave 2 Wireless Access Point

The MWS2533AP Wireless Access Point features IEEE 802.11ac Wave 2 dual-band radio with embedded antennas. It supports four IEEE 802.11n/ac spatial streams, delivering throughput of 600 Mbps in the 2.4 GHz band and 1.7 Gbps in the 5 GHz band.

Band Steering

The MWS Series intelligently prioritizes connections on the 5 GHz band whenever possible, reducing interference and congestion on the 2.4 GHz band.

Scheduling

Automatic scheduling allows activation/deactivation of SSIDs and AP restarts based on pre-defined times.

Fast Handover

Clients connected to an AP with weak signal strength are automatically handed over to another AP with a stronger signal for seamless connectivity.
